By accessing and using renstanforth.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the Site.

This is my personal portfolio website where I:

  • Showcase my development projects and work samples
  • Share blog posts and articles about technology and development
  • Provide my resume and professional information
  • Offer a way to contact me for freelance opportunities

This Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. It’s my digital resume and portfolio.

Some portfolio items were created for clients. Those projects remain the property of the respective clients and are displayed here with permission as examples of my work. If you’re interested in similar work, contact me to discuss your project.

  • Don’t infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Don’t try to hack or gain unauthorized access to my systems

10. Freelance Work

If you hire me for freelance work:

  • We’ll have a separate written agreement for that project
  • These Site Terms apply only to using this website
  • The project agreement will govern our working relationship
  • Portfolio display rights will be discussed in the project agreement

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when I do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

12. Changes to the Site

I’m constantly improving my portfolio! I may:

  • Redesign or update the site
  • Add or remove features
  • Update my portfolio and blog content
  • Temporarily take the site down for maintenance

I’ll try to minimize disruption, but I’m not liable if something breaks temporarily.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If there’s a dispute (hopefully never!), it would be resolved in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with my Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the complete agreement for using this Site.
