I’m constantly improving my portfolio! I may:
- Redesign or update the site
- Add or remove features
- Update my portfolio and blog content
- Temporarily take the site down for maintenance
I’ll try to minimize disruption, but I’m not liable if something breaks temporarily.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If there’s a dispute (hopefully never!), it would be resolved in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with my Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the complete agreement for using this Site.
